I recently watched a Spoken Word video (link below) that got me thinking-
Where are all the Real Women?
The Women who stop, drop, and pray. The women who expect men to open the door for them, but aren't afraid to open it for themselves. The women who live their lives for the glory of God. The Women who let their lives be worship to the one true king.
A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far more than rubies.
11 Her husband has full confidence in her
and lacks nothing of value.
12 She brings him good, not harm,
all the days of her life
Proverbs 31: 10-12
The honorable women seeking first God and his approval of the right man. The Women who will be Godly wives and mothers.
Let's be real ladies none of us are perfect, but all of us have the ability to live as Daughters of the King. Each morning we can wake up and praise God for another day on Earth. We single ladies can be in constant prayer for God to prepare us for our spouses and we can pray for our spouses even if we haven't met them yet. Married ladies you can be prayerful about ways to honor your husband and your marriage and also pray for your husbands ability to lead your family.
The Lord your God thinks you are worth sending his son for your salvation. It's time we start thinking of ourselves with the same self worth!
